“The results of reforms in the tax sphere are becoming evident. Over the past 10 months of this year, collections for the republican and local budgets exceeded 243 billion soms, which is 66 billion soms more than last year, representing a growth of 137%. Additionally, we have been entrusted with the authority to collect insurance contributions, where positive dynamics are also observed. During the specified period, more than 66 billion soms were collected, which is 6.7 billion soms more compared to last year,” noted the Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service.
Myrlan Rakhmanov added that the increase in revenue was made possible not by increasing the tax burden, but by expanding the taxpayer base, digitizing processes, and enhancing the level of voluntary tax payments. These results confirm the effectiveness of reforms and the sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan's tax system, aimed at creating favorable conditions for business and strengthening the country's economic potential.
