The State Tax Service has expanded the list of non-profit organizations required to provide consolidated information on income and expenses

The State Tax Service (GNS) has announced the expansion of the list of non-profit organizations that are now required to provide consolidated information about their financial flows.

According to information from the agency, such organizations include political parties, religious associations, trade unions, and cooperatives. All of them must report on their sources of funding, as well as on the directions of the use of these funds and the property they acquire, use, or sell.

This information must be provided in electronic format through the Taxpayer's Cabinet and must be submitted by April 1 of each year.

These changes were implemented in accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court of Kyrgyzstan, which emphasized the importance of a unified approach to financial reporting for all public associations.

For reference, previously, the mandatory submission of such information was only required for public associations, foundations, and associations of legal entities that operated based on gratuitous financial and material resources under the law "On Non-Profit Organizations."
