According to the information, Toktomushev was found guilty of abusing his official powers under the article "Abuse of powers by employees of commercial or other organizations" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and was sentenced to a fine of 120,000 soms.
The former head of the kaziyat has already filed an appeal against the verdict.
It is worth noting that Toktomushev and several other employees of the kaziyat were detained on suspicion of illegally collecting funds from mosques and madrasas. A criminal case was initiated against them under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. On May 23, the court in the city of Osh imposed a measure of restraint on Toktomushev in the form of house arrest.
