The list of NGOs required to submit consolidated information to the tax authorities has been expanded

Consolidated information must be submitted to the State Tax Service no later than April 1 of each year.

The State Tax Service has announced a significant expansion of the list of non-profit organizations that are required to provide consolidated data on their financial income and expenditures to the tax authorities.

According to amendments to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, enshrined in the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the KR on Reporting of Certain Non-Profit Organizations," organizations such as political parties, trade unions, religious associations, and cooperatives are now required to report on the sources of their income, as well as on the directions of their expenditures and the status of their property (acquired, used, and disposed of).

Reports must be submitted in electronic format through the Taxpayer's Cabinet annually by April 1.

The service noted that the changes were initiated in accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court of the KR, which requires compliance with unified standards and legal norms regarding financial reporting of all public associations.
