The innovations are available in digital format through the "Tunduk" application and the government services portal.
At a press conference at the KNAI "Kabar," new forms of civil registry certificates in Kyrgyzstan were presented.
Starting from April 14 in Bishkek and Osh, and from May 1 nationwide, the issuance of paper certificates that duplicate the data from the "Tunduk" application will cease. An exception is made for people over 50 years old, socially vulnerable citizens, and in cases where the document is required for use abroad.
New forms of the following documents have been approved:
- birth certificate,
- marriage certificate,
- divorce certificate,
- certificate of change of surname, first name, patronymic,
- death certificate.
Each certificate can now be obtained in two formats: a digital format, which is generated in the automated information system "ZAGS," contains a QR code, and can be printed on a regular sheet of paper, and a typographical format, which is a secure form of strict accountability for international use.
