Now the Cadastral Plan is the Only Document
In the country, the familiar green and red books concerning land ownership and real estate are no longer in effect. According to the new Land Code, the cadastral plan becomes the only official document that confirms ownership rights to a property, functioning as its "passport".
Both individuals and legal entities will be able to obtain the cadastral plan. To do this, they need to contact the local registration authorities of the Land Agency. Currently, it is unclear whether this service will be paid and when exactly the mass replacement of old documents will begin.
Once the cadastral plan is prepared and entered into the electronic system, it will be available in the Tunduk app. Property owners will be able to view and download digitized plans online by simply visiting the State Electronic Services Portal Tunduk and selecting the section:
“Services → Property → Cadastral Plan of the Land Plot”.
