During a monitoring of social networks, a video was discovered that captured the events of that night. The description of the post states that the conflict began with a verbal altercation and soon escalated into a fight between two groups. The video also shows that two vehicles were involved in the fight, and that some participants managed to leave the scene before the police arrived.
According to the police, at 00:04 on November 25, a report was received at the city police department about a group of young people making noise and fighting in the central square while under the influence of alcohol.
The fact of the fight was recorded, and an investigative team was dispatched to the scene. It was established that the conflict involved teenagers born in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2010. All of them were taken to the police department for investigative actions, but they refused a forensic medical examination and to file complaints, explaining this by the absence of mutual claims.
It was also revealed that a black "Toyota Land Cruiser 100" was present in the city center, from which the participants of the fight emerged. This vehicle was detained and placed in the impound lot of Tokmok.
It is important to note that none of the participants sought medical assistance for their injuries. In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code ("Hooliganism"), aimed at investigating all circumstances and causes of what happened.
The investigation is ongoing, and the actions of those responsible will be assessed in accordance with the law.
