The conflict reported by the police occurred on November 15 near the village of Konstantinovka in the Alamudun district of the Chui region. The reason for the quarrel was that the drivers were unable to pass each other on the roadway, which led to a fight. A criminal case has been initiated against the participants in the incident under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The injured driver was hospitalized in the trauma department. His preliminary diagnosis includes "combined trauma," closed traumatic brain injury, concussion, as well as bruises and sprains in various parts of the body. According to the Ministry of Health, his condition remains moderate severity.
