A fight between drivers occurred on November 15, 2025, in the area of the village of Konstantinovka, located in the Alamudun district. The employees of the Main Internal Affairs Department and the State Committee for National Security of Chuy region have already identified all participants in the conflict, as reported by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department.
A report about the incident was received by the duty unit, after which an investigation was initiated. An investigative operational group immediately went to the scene.
According to preliminary information, the conflict arose between drivers of the companies "China-Road" and "Zhongzi," which transport sand and gravel mix from a quarry on the outskirts of the village. Disputes over who should yield to whom on the road led to the scuffle.
One of the participants, an 18-year-old driver named K.A., who is a resident of Bishkek, was taken to the Chuy regional hospital.
According to preliminary data, he was diagnosed with a closed traumatic brain injury, a concussion, a subcutaneous hematoma in the occipital area, and soft tissue contusion.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism.
All participants in the conflict have been identified and taken to the Main Internal Affairs Department of Chuy region for further investigative actions.
