Information about the conflict was received by the duty station of the Manas District Department of Internal Affairs, after which an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene. Police collected the necessary evidence and seized video recordings from the site of the events.
During the investigation, the incident was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes. The investigative service of the Manas District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, with the assistance of employees from the Jalal-Abad Regional Department of Internal Affairs and the State Committee for National Security, the identities of 23 participants in the brawl have been established. Of these, 22 teenagers were detained and, by the decision of the Manas City Court, placed in custody for a period of one month. One of the participants is in the hospital, and their responsibility will be considered after discharge.
The Department of Internal Affairs emphasized that the investigation is ongoing under the supervision of the regional police leadership.
