According to information from the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Jalal-Abad region, at 01:00, a report was received at the police station that in the Sputnik microdistrict, near the "Azyk-Ordo" store, a group of young people numbering from 15 to 20 had started a fight, using stones as weapons.

In connection with the incident, the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Department has opened a criminal case under Article 280 of the Criminal Code ("Hooliganism").
Employees of the investigative-operational group arrived at the scene, conducted an examination, and utilized photo and video recording, as well as interviewing witnesses. It was preliminarily established that a 22-year-old man named E.B. sustained injuries and was taken to the intensive care unit of the Suzak district hospital. A forensic medical examination has been appointed.
During the investigative actions, 11 suspects, residents of Manas aged 22 to 23, were identified. All of them were detained for questioning.
