Turmush reported that on November 8, 2025, a 26-year-old man was hospitalized at the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital with a partially bitten tongue and lower lip. Initially, this incident was explained as an accidental bite during a kiss with an 18-year-old girl.
Later, in an interview with the media, the girl claimed that the man had attempted to rape her, and that the bite was an act of self-defense. She stated that they were acquaintances and had gone together to a wedding, but after that, he did not let her out of the car and began to threaten her, which provoked the incident.
In light of public discussion, the sister of the victim decided to express her position. She stated that the allegations of attempted rape are untrue. “We are going through a difficult time after losing our mother. We would prefer not to remember this incident, but the accusations against my brother are too serious. That day he was at a friend's wedding, although he did not intend to go, as we had just buried our mother. His friends persuaded him to distract himself a little,” she said.
According to the sister, her brother met the girl 4–5 months ago, and they communicated before the wedding. On the day of the event, they were texting again, and he invited her to the celebration. The girl came with a friend but left before the wedding ended. “They drank alcohol, and she herself asked to take a ride in the car. There is a video where she is driving. The claim that he forced her to switch seats is false. They communicated calmly, and the messages confirm this,” she added.
The sister also noted that her brother is currently experiencing difficulties with speech but hopes for his recovery. “The doctors said that in two months he will undergo plastic surgery on his lip,” she reported.
The medical facility confirmed that the patient's condition is stable and that he is receiving the necessary treatment. According to the doctors, about 30% of his tongue and 40% of his lower lip are damaged.

This case was recorded in the Internal Affairs Department's log, and an investigation was initiated. During the investigation, it was found that N.S. uulu was dating a girl named A.Z., born in 2006. Both were present at the wedding and consumed alcoholic beverages. As a result of a kiss, the girl accidentally bit him, causing him injuries. It has been confirmed that both participants in the incident are mentally healthy.
Currently, the investigative authorities of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Manas are conducting a forensic medical examination, and the investigation is ongoing.
