According to him, the young man had the tip of his tongue and part of his lower lip bitten off. After that, he underwent surgery, during which the damaged areas were stitched up. He is currently in the maxillofacial surgery department and receiving necessary treatment. Botokaraev noted that the tongue can recover; however, such injuries usually occur during epilepsy, and this is the first time he has encountered such a case.

During the investigation, it was found that the young man, S. uulu N., born in 1999, was dating the girl A. Zh., born in 2006. They both attended a friend's wedding, where they consumed alcohol. During the kiss, the girl bit the young man, injuring his lower lip and tongue. It was also established that both participants in the incident are of sound mind and do not suffer from mental disorders, as reported by the police.
Currently, the investigative service of the Manas District Internal Affairs Department has appointed forensic medical examinations regarding S. uulu N., and investigative actions are ongoing.
