According to the agency, on November 20, a 39-year-old resident of the city of Toktogul, M.S., approached the duty police station with a report of a crime.
In his statement, he indicated that from June to November 20, 2025, three young men — B., E., and S. — committed violent acts against his daughter R.S., born in 2011. The man requested that law enforcement hold them accountable.
The statement has been registered in the Unified Register of Crimes by the investigative department of the Toktogul district Internal Affairs Department under Article 154 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Rape"). Necessary examinations have been appointed for the applicant's daughter.
As a result of operational activities, on November 21, three suspects were detained: E.K. (27 years old), S.K. (19 years old), and B.Z. (15 years old). They have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Toktogul district Internal Affairs Department,” the press release states.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
