Based on this incident, the investigative authorities have opened a criminal case under Article 280 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to hooliganism. The victim has been assigned a forensic medical examination to assess her injuries.
During operational activities, police officers detained the suspect, K.A., born in 1998. He was taken to the Investigative Service and later placed in the temporary detention facility of the capital's internal affairs department. Upon checking the health condition of the detainee, it was found that he was in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
