A man has been detained in Bishkek who is suspected of attacking a girl with a hard object.
According to information provided by the Interior Ministry of the October district, on November 19, 2025, a citizen with the initials V.A. reported to law enforcement. She stated that around 19:00 at the intersection of Kuttybaev and Tokombaev streets, an unknown person attacked her, hitting her on the head, which resulted in bleeding. In connection with the incident, a forensic medical examination has been appointed for the victim.
The investigative authorities of the October Interior Ministry have opened a criminal case under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational search activities, a citizen K.A. (born in 1998) was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Upon checking his condition, it was found that he was under the influence of alcohol.
The investigation of this case is ongoing.
