According to a report from the Osh region's Interior Ministry, on October 22, 2024, a 28-year-old resident of the city of Osh, A. D., approached the local police station. He reported that on January 31, 2024, K. Z., having gained his trust, purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade from him for $80,000 but did not pay the specified amount.
After conducting operational search activities, K. Z. was detained on November 18, 2025, and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are investigating K. Z.'s possible involvement in other offenses.
