According to the medical report, D.K. was diagnosed with a fracture of the neck of the right femur with displacement.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Service of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs under Article 206 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. A forensic medical examination has also been appointed.
Employees of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs acted quickly and were able to identify and detain the suspect — citizen J.A., born in 1980. At the time of his detention, he was in a state of alcoholic intoxication and resisted arrest. During a personal search, a sharp cutting object was found on him. The suspect was taken to the Investigative Service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
