As part of the new directive, owners of catering establishments and cultural and entertainment venues, such as cafes, restaurants, clubs, banquet halls, and others, are required to conclude all events and close no later than 10:00 PM. By this time, all electrical appliances, especially those that consume a lot of energy (such as heaters, stoves, etc.), must be turned off.
Furthermore, holding events with loud music and lighting that may disturb public order after the specified time is prohibited. However, the use of generators is allowed in establishments located far from residential buildings, provided that all norms of the KR Law "On Silence" are fully complied with.
District administrations, together with the municipal inspection, have been instructed to monitor compliance with these requirements and conduct regular raids to control the situation.
