In connection with the need to maintain the silence and tranquility of residents, the Bishkek city administration has decided to introduce new regulations regarding the operation of entertainment establishments. This order was issued in accordance with the Law "On Silence".
According to this document, owners of cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, and other similar establishments are required to cease their activities no later than 10:00 PM. After this time, all cultural and festive events must be terminated, and electrical appliances, including heaters and electric stoves, must be turned off.
Additionally, from 10:00 PM, it is prohibited to hold events that may disturb public order, such as parties with loud music or bright lighting.
However, the use of generators in areas away from residential neighborhoods is allowed, provided that the norms of the KR Law "On Silence" are strictly followed.
Monitoring compliance with these regulations has been entrusted to district administrations and the municipal inspection, which will conduct regular checks.
