“Create interesting conditions for children’s rest — these can include cultural, sports, and educational events, as well as joint walks and family time,” the statement reads.
Additionally, the mayor's office strongly warns parents against allowing minors to operate vehicles, as this can lead to traffic accidents with serious consequences.
