According to local authorities, over the past ten months of the current year, the city has exceeded its electricity consumption limit by 112 million kilowatt-hours. In this regard, to ensure a stable supply of electricity during the winter period and to avoid overloads, the following decisions have been made:
- Electricity in government institutions and organizations will be completely turned off after 6:00 PM, including lighting and air conditioning.
- In medical and law enforcement institutions, power outages are not planned; however, it is recommended to adhere to conservation measures. Control over excessive consumption will be intensified.
- In educational institutions, electricity will be available until 7:00 PM, especially in those schools where classes are held in two shifts.
- To ensure safety in large institutions and enterprises, it is proposed to increase the number of duty personnel from one to two and to consider alternative security methods.
