In an interview with media representatives, Ibraev emphasized that citizens should not worry about the situation in the energy sector. He reminded that the agency had previously successfully dealt with similar challenges.

The minister provided an example: "As of April 1, 2015, the water level in the Toktogul reservoir was 6.4 billion cubic meters. By 2026, we plan to reach 6.9 billion. Therefore, there is no reason to talk about a crisis."

Additionally, he mentioned the government's directive on electricity conservation during the period from 18:00 to 06:00.

Ibraev noted that calculations are currently being conducted to determine which organizations consume the most electricity. According to him, this mainly concerns enterprises engaged in the production of metal structures, budget institutions, and restaurants that turn on electricity in the evening and turn it off in the morning, which is not always justified. "Some even turn on the heating and then open the windows," he added. The minister assured that after analyzing the situation, the issues faced by citizens would be resolved, and that there is no reason for panic in Kyrgyzstan's energy sector. "Our president and general have set the task of ensuring stable electricity supply," he concluded.
