The head of the GKNB called on the heads of institutions to exercise stricter control over electricity consumption and suggested hiring additional security guards to maintain order.
"Some may argue that it is difficult to control the territories of large organizations. If one guard is not enough, add another, or maybe even two," Tashiev noted.
He also pointed out the need for a selective approach to law enforcement agencies, emphasizing that in some cases, such as in security and law enforcement agencies, power outages may not be implemented.
