A raid against illegal advertising is being conducted in Bishkek

Another raid to combat illegal advertising took place in the Pervomaisky district of the capital, as reported by the Bishkek city administration.

This event was organized in cooperation with the Land Use Control Department, the Municipal Inspection, and the Main Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the city administration on the streets of N. Isanova and Togolok Moldo.

As a result of the inspection, 126 advertising structures installed without permission were dismantled. Employees of the Municipal Inspection drew up 8 protocols under paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 107 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, resulting in fines totaling 40,000 soms.
Additionally, in the Sverdlovsky district, work continues in collaboration with the Land Use Control Department to dismantle light structures located along Gogol Street, near residential buildings No. 12 and No. 20.

These activities are aimed at ensuring compliance with the City Improvement Rules and are intended to improve order in the urban area, as well as to provide comfortable conditions for residents of the district.

In the specified area, 7 lightweight structures are scheduled for dismantling.

It is planned that similar inspections and dismantling will be conducted on a regular basis to ensure that all advertising signs in the city comply with current legislation.
