In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, new restrictions have been introduced for entertainment establishments, which must now close no later than 10:00 PM. This measure was announced by the city administration and is part of the implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Silence."

According to this order, owners of cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, and other cultural and entertainment venues are required to conclude all events, including celebrations and cultural activities, by the specified time. Additionally, after 10:00 PM, all electrical devices must be turned off, especially those that consume a lot of energy, such as heaters, electric stoves, and ovens.

Organizing events with loud music or lighting that may disturb the peace of citizens is also prohibited after 10:00 PM. The order specifies that the use of generators is only permitted for establishments located at a significant distance from residential buildings, provided that the norms established by the "On Silence" Law are followed.

Monitoring compliance with these requirements is the responsibility of district administrations and the municipal inspection, which must conduct regular raids to monitor the situation.
