The Bishkek City Hall has decided that public catering establishments and cultural and entertainment institutions must cease their activities no later than 10:00 PM. These measures are aimed at ensuring the peace and quiet of citizens in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Silence".
According to the established norms, clubs, restaurants, bars, cafes, and other similar establishments are required to stop any festive and entertainment events by the specified time. After 10:00 PM, all electrical appliances, including powerful devices such as electric stoves and heaters, must be turned off.
It is also prohibited to hold events that may disturb the peace of citizens, including parties with loud music and bright lighting.
The use of generators is allowed only at facilities located at a significant distance from residential buildings, provided that the norms of the Law "On Silence" are strictly adhered to.
Monitoring compliance with this order will be the responsibility of district administrations and the municipal inspection, which will conduct regular checks to ensure that the established restrictions are followed by the owners of the establishments.
