According to the press service, Djantaev noted that educational institutions must strictly adhere to the principles of legality and impartiality. He stressed that public servants, teachers, and staff of educational institutions should not participate in campaigning activities and are not entitled to use their official powers to support individual candidates.
“Educational institutions must remain outside the political sphere. It is unacceptable for the walls of universities to become a venue for campaigning,” the representative stated.
It was also indicated that any instances of pressure on students, coercion to participate in political actions, or the use of educational institution resources for election campaigns will be considered violations.
