Today, the city of Karakol is celebrating the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic, the 145th anniversary of the city of Karakol, and the 75th anniversary of the Issyk-Kul region. In honor of the triple holiday, an exhibition of drawings from the epic "Manas," organizations, and educational institutions was organized. The festive event was attended by the authorized representative of the government in the Issyk-Kul region, Emilbek Kaptagaev, the mayor of the city, Kaligul Ryskulov, the chairman of the Karakol city council, Ulan Tursunbaev, and others.
