On July 23, 2014, under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Elvira Sarieva, a plan of events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the approval of the state emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic was approved.
As part of this event, today a youth flash mob was held in the main square of Karakol, organized by the Issyk-Kul regional office of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Youth Policy, the city administration of Karakol, and the public organization "Forward." The best dance groups were awarded commemorative prizes. The mobile operator "Beeline" was the sponsor. At the end of the event, participants danced the flash mob "Kara-Jorgo."
