
On October 9, 2014, at 15:00, a presentation of the textbook "Kyrgyz for Beginners" will take place at the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Bishkek. This textbook is intended for Russian-speaking students of higher education institutions and secondary specialized educational establishments.
The author of the textbook is Eleonora Mamytova, a senior lecturer at the Institute of Integration of International Educational Programs of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn. After graduating with honors from the Kyrgyz Women's Pedagogical Institute named after V.V. Mayakovsky, E. Mamytova underwent an internship at the A.S. Pushkin State Institute of the Russian Language in Moscow and worked as a research associate at the Institute of Higher Education Problems under the Ministry of Education of Kyrgyzstan. Accumulating extensive experience in scientific and practical work, E. Mamytova summarized it in this manual.
The course "Kyrgyz Language for Beginners" has been developed in accordance with modern methodological requirements and can be used both in the educational process and for self-study of the Kyrgyz language. The successful testing of the textbook at KNU named after J. Balasagyn confirmed its high educational potential.
The textbook was published with the support of the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Kyrgyzstan, the Guild of Printers and Publishers of Kyrgyzstan, and the "Arcus" publishing house.
The publication of a new generation textbook on the Kyrgyz language for the Russian-speaking audience is an important step towards the formation of a unified Eurasian cultural and educational space.
