In connection with this fact, the investigative authorities have initiated a criminal case under part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code.
According to information provided by the SBNON, the arrest took place on November 18 around 10:00 PM. The arrested individual turned out to be an active member of the criminal group, born in 1980, a citizen with the initials A.A.K., who was found in possession of a narcotic substance called "hashish".
The detainee has been placed in a temporary detention facility for further proceedings.
Judicial chemical examinations have been appointed for the seized drugs, investigative actions are ongoing, and efforts are being made to identify other individuals involved in this crime.
