A 21-year-old man, K.Zh., filed a report with the police, detailing an attack that occurred on the night of November 15. The incident took place between the villages of Karool-Döbö and Kalmak-Ashuu in the Chon-Kemin Valley of the Kemin District, while he was traveling with friends in a Honda Accord.
Their vehicle was struck by a Toyota Camry, which began to push them towards the roadside, forcing them to stop. After they stopped, unknown individuals exited the Camry and inflicted bodily harm on K.Zh., taking 30,000 soms from the glove compartment and his wallet before fleeing the scene.
As a result of operational work, the suspects — M.N. (born in 2003) and A.N. (born in 2006) — were detained. Both have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against these individuals under Article 206 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the investigation is ongoing.
