According to information from law enforcement agencies, the incident occurred on the night of November 15, 2025, between 00:00 and 01:00, near the villages of Karool-Dobo and Kalmak-Ashuu in the Chon-Kemin valley. A young man named K.Z. (born in 2001) reported that he was in a Honda Accord with friends when they were approached by a Toyota Camry. According to him, this vehicle began to push them towards the roadside, forcing them to stop.
After they stopped, unknown individuals exited the Toyota Camry, inflicted bodily harm on the victim, and stole 30,000 soms from his wallet, which was located in the glove compartment. The assailants then fled the scene.
The fact was recorded, and a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify and detain the suspects: M.N. (born in 2003) and A.N. (born in 2006), who were placed in a temporary detention facility.
