On the night of Monday, an incident occurred in the village of Sokuluk, resulting in injuries to a citizen named T.I. According to him, around one o'clock in the morning, a Toyota Camry approached him. Three young men got out of the car and asked for his phone "to make a call." However, soon one of them struck him twice in the face and took his smartphone, after which the perpetrators fled the scene.
According to the police, as a result of operational-search activities, one of the suspects, Sh.I., born in 2006, was detained. He has already been placed in a temporary detention facility.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 206 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (robbery). During the investigation, the other members of the group were identified: Zh.D. (born in 2009), K.D. (born in 2009), and A.E. (born in 2010).
The investigation also established that this group is connected to four other similar robberies and one case of fraud. The investigation is ongoing, and upon its completion, a legal assessment will be made of the actions of all participants, and appropriate decisions will be taken within the framework of the law.
