On November 15, an incident occurred in one of the recreation centers in the village of Kara-Oy, located in the Issyk-Kul region, during which a citizen named E.B. sustained serious injuries from being beaten by unknown individuals.
According to the regional police department, an investigative operational group was dispatched to the specified address, where they found the victim in critical condition. E.B. was immediately transported to the district hospital.
Unfortunately, around 19:30 that same day, the man died from his injuries, according to medical information.
During the operational search activities, four suspects in this crime were identified and detained. Among those detained were two police officers:
- K.J., born in 1997, police sergeant;
- R.S., born in 1997, police sergeant;
- A.A., born in 1997;
- K.M., born in 2005.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan, concerning causing serious harm to health, and necessary forensic examinations have been appointed.
According to the court's decision, on November 17, a preventive measure in the form of two months of detention was chosen for the suspects.
Investigative actions in the case are ongoing.
