A fight broke out at the corner of Alykulov and Ömürakunov streets. During the conflict, as established by the police, scissors and a glass bottle were used.
As a result of the incident, four individuals were taken to the police station: M.B., born in 1990, O.S., born in 1990, K.N., born in 1990, and T.U., born in 1991.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism. Necessary examinations are being conducted.
Three of the detainees have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department.
