According to the footage, the conflict arose after guys from the "Sputnik" neighborhood beat up two representatives of the SMU. The victims called their acquaintances, which led to a mass brawl between the two groups.
According to the Jalal-Abad region's Internal Affairs Department, the incident occurred on the night of November 18-19 in the "Sputnik" neighborhood. Law enforcement agencies report that a group of 15-20 people threw stones and caused disturbances. The conflict was reported to the duty station of the Manas District Department of Internal Affairs, after which an investigative operational group was dispatched. Law enforcement officers seized recordings from surveillance cameras and collected the necessary materials.
As a result of the investigation, the materials were registered in the Unified Register of Crimes. The investigative service of the Manas District Department of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the KR.
The identities of 23 participants in the conflict have already been established. Of these, 22 individuals were detained and, by the decision of the Manas City Court, placed in custody for a period of one month. One participant in the brawl is currently in the hospital, and the issue of a preventive measure will be resolved after his discharge.
The department noted that the investigation is ongoing under the supervision of the regional police leadership.
