
At the bottom of the list among Central Asian countries is Turkmenistan, which ranks 93rd with access to 48 countries. The "strongest" passport in the world is recognized as Singapore's passport, providing visa-free access to 193 countries. At the opposite end of the list is Afghanistan, which is in 106th place with the ability for visa-free entry to only 24 countries.
The Henley Passport Index is compiled annually by the British consulting company Henley & Partners, based on data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
