The press service of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that now instead of the traditional red and green books, a cadastral plan will be issued.
The cadastral plan is a key document related to land plots and other real estate. In fact, it serves as a "passport" for the land.
This document will be available to both individuals and legal entities.
To obtain it, an application must be submitted to the local registration authorities of the Land Agency. Once the cadastral plan is prepared and entered into the electronic database, it can be viewed in the "Tündük" application.
The contents of the cadastral plan include:
• land plot number;
• land category;
• intended use;
• area of the plot;
• location;
• map and coordinates of the plot;
• rights and restrictions concerning the plot;
• information about the owner and previously conducted transactions.
As noted in the message, "This document completely replaces the previously issued state acts. Now every citizen or legal entity will receive the cadastral plan. To obtain it, an application must be submitted to the local registration authority of the Land Agency. After preparation, the cadastral plan will be entered into the electronic database, and it can be found in the 'Tunduk' application."
