The State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography has announced a revision of prices for its services, which will lead to an average increase in rates of 23%.
As stated in the official announcement of the agency, the changes in rates are due to several factors, including rising inflation, increased operational costs, modernization of branches, and the implementation of digital initiatives. Among the new projects are the creation of electronic services for property registration, the formation of a centralized electronic archive, as well as the upgrading of equipment and the procurement of GPS devices and drones.
This adjustment of rates is aimed at improving the workforce, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring stable provision of public services.
The new rates have been developed in accordance with current legislation and the updated Unified Register of Public Services, which is intended to increase transparency, accessibility, and quality of service for citizens.
