He also emphasized that over the past five years, the cost of housing in both Bishkek and Osh has significantly risen.
“During the first ten months of 2025, the prices of private houses in Bishkek increased by 30%, while apartments rose by 20% compared to the same period last year. In Osh, private houses became 26% more expensive, and apartments increased by 20%. At the same time, there is less activity in the real estate market in the regions,” added Sukenaev.
It is important to note that, according to data from the National Statistics Committee, inflation for the first nine months of 2025 was 7.8%. Thus, the growth in real estate prices exceeds the inflation rate by 12-20%.
