Since the beginning of 2025, Bishkek has seen an average increase in real estate prices of 30%. This was stated by Aidar Sukembaev, an expert from the Digital Transformation Department of the Agency for Land Resources, at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency.
He noted that over the past five years, prices for residential houses and apartments in major cities of the country have significantly increased.
Sukembaev also reported that in the ten months of 2025, the cost of private houses in Bishkek increased by 30%, while apartment prices rose by 20%. In Osh, private houses became 26% more expensive, and apartments increased by 20%. In the regions, however, the demand for real estate is not as active, he added.
According to the National Statistical Committee, inflation for the first nine months of the current year was 7.8%. This means that the growth in real estate prices exceeds the inflation rate by 12-20%.
Sukembaev also emphasized that such a high price dynamics is related to the increased demand for housing, limited supply in the capital, and the active development of the construction industry.
