According to the data presented, the previous building housing the branch was built in the 1950s and was recognized as emergency by the conclusion of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The ceremonial opening of the new building was attended by the director of the State Agency for Land Resources under the Cabinet, Ernisbek Zarnaev, the akim of the Toguz-Toro district, Manasbek Murataliev, and local residents.
Construction work started in November 2024, and the total cost of the project amounted to 10 million 708 thousand soms. The tender for the work was won by the construction company "AZHIStroy," which carried out the construction.
Currently, 11 employees are working at the Toguz-Toro branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography.
