In response to a request from an inspector of the Jalal-Abad regional office of the Ecological Supervision Service, on November 12, the Toguz-Torouzsky district state administration allocated one loader to eliminate the dump, and the area was cleared of waste.
The company "Taza-Kyzmat" was fined 17,000 soms in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 115 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to improper disposal and storage of household waste.
As noted in the report, in April 2025, this enterprise had already been fined 23,000 soms for a similar offense under the same article of the Code of Offenses.
