One of the key initiatives of the project is the creation of a new Southern bypass road. This road will start from Mikhail Frunze Street, located behind the village of Kozhomkul, and will pass through the route connecting the village of Chon-Aryk and the Ala-Archa Gorge. It will then continue along the Bishkek–Koy-Tash–Issyk-Ata resort road and end at the Bishkek–Balykchy–Naryn–Torugart highway near the city of Tokmok.
As previously reported by Aziret Akimov, the first deputy head of "Bishkekglavarchitectura," the project has already been developed, and there are interested investors ready to begin its implementation.
The plan also includes the extension of Barpy Alykulov Street, which currently ends at the intersection with Den Xiaoping Avenue. In the future, this street will be extended to the Northern bypass road (Almaty–Bishkek–Tashkent).
Additionally, the new Southern bypass road will be connected to the continuation of Chokan Valikhanov Street (Cholpon-Ata).
There are also plans to extend Aaly Tokombaev Street (Southern Highway) to the new bypass road.
The document includes the connection of Semetey Street with Elmirebek Imanaliyev Street in an arc, which will create an additional link for residential areas.
A new street is planned in the northern part of Bishkek, which will continue from Korsakov Street. After crossing Barpy Alykulov Street, this street will be widened and extend to Chokan Valikhanov Street, providing a new route between the western and eastern parts of the city.
There are also plans for a new road behind Auezov Street, which will connect Altyn-Ordo Street with Sukhe-Bator Street and will be extended.
In addition to these changes, the new master plan takes into account the need for road construction in residential areas and in territories annexed to the capital during the administrative-territorial reform.
