As a result of an investigation conducted by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sh.K.S., who holds the position of Deputy Head of the Osh Branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, was detained. This occurred within the framework of a case related to the illegal transfer and conversion of a land plot of 55.36 hectares in favor of private individuals.
The investigation established that the detainee, having conspired with certain officials, violated legal procedures and issued a state act on the right of private ownership with a change in the designation of the specified land plot.
On November 20, 2025, the Osh City Court decided to place him in custody in the pre-trial detention center of the State Committee for National Security.
Currently, investigative actions regarding this case are ongoing.
