- Residential houses — 142,696.28 som/m²
- Apartments — 118,478.85 som/m²
- Commercial premises — 88,624.84 som/m²
- Industrial premises — 345,453.22 som/m²
- Social facilities — 10,315.26 som/m²
Experts suggest that such changes may be due to seasonal activity in the market, as well as changes in the structure of demand and supply in various segments of the capital's real estate.
