The new building includes various spaces for the creative and technical development of children, including a library and a gym. The adjacent area plans to create a sports ground (WORKOUT), a covered canopy for events, as well as a site for launching model cars and a karting track, which will allow for practical classes.
Currently, the installation of the second-floor ceiling has been completed, and the laying of engineering networks and construction of columns is underway.
The contractor for this project is LLC "Essir Company."
