
From January to September 2023, agricultural producers in the EAEU, according to the EEC, increased prices by 10.2% compared to the same period in 2022.
In Armenia, prices increased by 4.9%, in Belarus by 9.9%, in Kyrgyzstan by 14.1%, and in Russia by 12.4%. In Kazakhstan, on the contrary, prices fell by 3%.
During the specified period, the cost of crop production increased by 13.5%, while livestock production rose by 8.2%.
In September 2023, compared to the same month in 2022, prices increased by 8.9%, and since the beginning of the year, by 1%. Compared to August of the current year, there was no change in prices. Also, in September 2025, compared to December 2024, there was a decrease in prices for crop production by 2.3%, while livestock products became more expensive by 3.9%.
The highest price increase in September on a year-on-year basis was recorded in Kyrgyzstan — by 18.4%. In Russia, prices increased by 9.6%, in Belarus by 8%, in Armenia by 3.7%, and in Kazakhstan by 3.8%.
In 2024, prices for agricultural products in the EAEU increased by 6.4%. In Russia, the increase was 8.4%, in Belarus 4.6%. In Kazakhstan, prices decreased by 1.9%, in Armenia by 1.7%, and in Kyrgyzstan by 0.2%.
